To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Connective Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of fees for services already provided. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of breach of these Terms or non-payment.

9. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality services and achieve agreed targets, we cannot guarantee specific sales results, revenue outcomes, or business performance. Results depend on various factors including market conditions, product quality, pricing, and competitive landscape. We commit to using our best efforts and expertise to support your business objectives.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Connective Growth, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
